The König Ludwig Schlossbrauerei Kaltenberg continues the 800-year-old brewing tradition of the Wittelsbach family in the best possible way. This is due in particular to the initiatives of HRH Prince Luitpold of Bavaria, who in the 1970s had the task of developing a modern company from the small brewery in Kaltenberg Castle (40 kilometers west of Munich).

We are a third generation family bakery and family business. With a lot of passion, real handicraft and the best natural raw materials, master baker Christoph Müller and his team bake our breads, rolls, pretzels and pastries freshly by hand every day according to our own recipes.
